Delivery & Shipping Carriers

  • We ship orders nationwide across the United States.
  • All parcel/small package deliveries are processed and delivered through UPS, and all Shipments/LTL deliveries are processed through Freight Services

📢 Important: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide video evidence within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a damage claim.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Estimated Delivery: Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during checkout.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

Shipping Fees & Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, item weight, and shipping method.
  • Free Shipping: Some promotions may include free shipping based on order total or product selection.

📢 Storage Fee Notice: Orders not picked up or shipped within two weeks will incur a $25 per day storage fee.


Tracking & Delivery Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order on the UPS website at www.ups.com/track.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  1. Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with UPS before contacting us.
  2. Shipping Delays: MDI Salon Equipment Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other external factors.
  3. Damaged Shipments:
    • Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Customers must provide video evidence to file a claim.
    • MDI Salon Equipment Inc. will work with UPS to resolve the issue, but replacements are not guaranteed for late-reported damage claims.

In-Store Pickup

  • Customers who select in-store pickup will receive a notification once their order is ready.
  • Orders must be picked up within two weeks to avoid storage fees.
