Shipping Information
We use UPS for our deliveries. You can contact UPS directly by visiting their website at www.ups.com or by calling their customer service line for assistance with your shipment.
📢 Important: If your order arrives damaged, you must provide video evidence within 24 hours of receipt. MDI Salon Equipment Inc. will file a claim with UPS and work towards a resolution. Damage claims reported after 24 hours cannot be guaranteed for a replacement.
If you need to modify your delivery date, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to request a change. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes may not always be possible once an order has been processed.
We strive to provide a smooth delivery process. During checkout, you will receive an estimated delivery date. If your order requires shipment from a vendor outside your area, our Customer Care team will contact you with updates and help finalize scheduling.
📢 Storage Fee Notice: If an order is not picked up or shipped within two weeks, a $25 per day storage fee will apply.
We currently deliver to most locations across the United States. To confirm delivery availability in your area, simply enter your ZIP code at checkout before placing your order.

- Online Orders: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna, and financing options through Snap Finance, Clicklease, and American First Finance.
- In-Store Purchases: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, certified bank checks, Apple Pay, and financing through Snap Finance, Clicklease, and American First Finance.
📢 All online orders must be paid in full at the time of submission.
Your credit card may show an initial authorization when you place your order. However, the card will only be charged once your order is processed.
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, occasional errors may occur. If an order is placed with incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel it. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for any payments made.
📢 Refund Policy: If the order has already been delivered and a pricing error is discovered afterward, refunds will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which includes a 25% restocking fee for in-store returns.
Orders And Returns
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
📢 Important: After 48 hours, cancellations will not be possible, as orders will have already been processed for shipment.

Warranty
We offer warranties on select products to ensure quality and customer satisfaction:
- Hydraulic Pumps (Salon & Barber Chairs): 1-year warranty.
- Hair Dryers: 6-month warranty.
- Facial Steamers: 3-month warranty.
If your item qualifies under warranty, we will replace it with a brand-new unit once we receive the defective product. Please note that the replacement item will not carry a new warranty.
