General Questions

Your credit card may show an initial authorization when you place your order, but the card will only be charged once your order has been processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If your card is issued outside the U.S. or Canada, additional verification may be required. All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase; we do not accept COD payments.

While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing. If this happens, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund for any payments. For questions about pricing errors after delivery, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

You may cancel your order if it hasn’t been loaded onto our delivery trucks. Please contact Customer Care at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to cancel and receive a refund. If the order is already in transit, a restocking or delivery fee may apply.

We allow you to select a delivery date that fits your schedule. This flexibility ensures you can receive your items at the most convenient time. If your order requires shipment from vendors outside your area, you’ll see an estimated delivery date, and our Customer Care team will contact you to finalize scheduling.

We currently deliver to most postal codes in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. To confirm delivery availability, enter your postal code at checkout before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We’ll work to resolve the issue by repairing, replacing, or refunding your item as quickly as possible.
